Job summary

ABS Kids is hiring for part-time Behavior Technicians in California. You will deliver ABA therapy to children with autism, record progress data, and support skill development in daily activities. Bilingual candidates receive premium pay, and on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred with premium pay when matched with bilingual-required sessions.
• 6+ months experience with children or adults with special needs.
• RBT certification encouraged and supported on the job.
• Willing to travel to client homes and other locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients with autism.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Support the child in developing essential life and functional skills.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff.
