Job summary

ABS Kids is seeking part-time Behavior Technicians to support children with autism spectrum disorder. The role offers shifts Monday–Friday with various time windows, and paid on-the-job training with RBT certification opportunities.

Hourly pay ranges from $20.00 to $25.00, with premium for bilingual sessions and potential bonuses based on experience. Travel to client homes is required, and company benefits include 401(k) matching and PTO.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience working with children or adults with special needs.
• Fluent in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and locations.
• Willingness to learn new data collection software on the job.

Responsibilities

• Make a difference in the life of a child.
• Use play, patience, and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff.
• Help the child develop essential life skills such as motor skills and daily living.
