Job summary

ABS Kids is seeking part-time Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in client homes across California. You will provide one-on-one support, use ABA techniques to teach life skills, and collect data on progress.

We offer premium pay for bilingual candidates, on-the-job RBT training, and mileage reimbursement. Shifts vary, with part-time opportunities available for entry-level to experienced staff.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience working with children or adults with special needs.
• Fluent in Spanish and English strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations.
• Ability to learn data collection software and use basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Make a difference in the life of a child and provide one-on-one support.
• Use play, patience, and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff.
