Centriaautism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians in Kalamazoo, Michigan. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children, implementing personalized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. You will make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors.
