Job summary

ABS Kids is seeking individuals to provide one-on-one ABA support to children with autism. You will use play and patience to teach real-life skills, collect data, and help clients progress in a caring, structured environment.

No prior clinical experience required—on-the-job training is provided. The role involves traveling to client homes, with generous pay and benefits for dedicated caregivers in California.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience working with children or adults with special needs.
• Fluent in Spanish and English strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make a difference in the life of a child and support ABA therapy.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff.
• Help the child develop essential life skills such as motor skills and daily living tasks.
• Move to assist clients and travel to client homes as needed.
