Job summary

JAC Recruitment in Novi, MI is seeking an Account Manager to manage existing customer accounts and drive sales growth through strong relationships. You will handle quotations, resolve issues, coordinate with internal teams, and support achieving sales objectives while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred), 5+ years in sales/marketing, and fluency in English and Japanese.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with management, technical teams, customer support personnel, and related departments regarding customer requirements.
• Manage customer sample requests and track customer activity prior to business awards.
• Develop annual sales budgets based on assigned account responsibilities.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
• Support product promotion activities and participate in trade shows and technical exhibitions.
• Coordinate with Accounting to establish commercial requirements for new customer accounts, including credit limits and payment terms.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
