Job summary

Succeed ABA Arizona is seeking BCBA professionals to advance compassionate, child-centered ABA services in homes, schools, and community settings, delivering high-quality support to children and families. This role offers a meaningful impact, flexible caseloads, strong administrative support, and opportunities for growth.

A Master’s degree and BCBA certification are required, with LBA licensing preferred; a $5,000 sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Active BCBA certification.
• LBA required.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to BTs/RBTs.
• Design, review, and update ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Review session notes and clinical reports.
• Provide parent and staff training on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain clinical quality.
