Job summary

Ambitions ABA Colorado is seeking a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) BCBA to deliver high-quality in-home ABA therapy for children and support for their families in a hybrid setting in Denver. You will oversee the full therapy process from assessment and treatment planning to staff supervision and parent collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification.
• Proficient with various assessment methods.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and management abilities.
• Passion for working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments using standardized tools.
• Develop comprehensive ABA Treatment Plans.
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Review session notes and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct parent training sessions and quarterly team meetings.
• Collaborate with educators and related service providers as necessary.
