Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy in the United States (Arizona) is seeking a BCBA to provide direct and indirect supervision to BTs/RBTs and to design, review, and update ABA curricula and behavior intervention plans. You will analyze data and implement data-driven program changes, review session notes and clinical reports, and provide ongoing training to parents and staff.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Active BCBA certification.
• LBA required.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to BTs/RBTs.
• Design, review, and update ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Review session notes and clinical reports.
• Provide parent and staff training on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain clinical quality.
