Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is hiring BCBAs to provide high-quality ABA services to children on the autism spectrum across in-home, school, and community settings. The role offers immediate full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible caseloads and supportive leadership.

You will supervise BTs/RBTs, design and update curricula, analyze data, train families, and collaborate with staff to maintain clinical excellence. A Master's and BCBA certification are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active BCBA certification.
• LBA required.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to BTs/RBTs.
• Design, review, and update ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Review session notes and clinical reports.
• Provide parent and staff training on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain clinical quality.
