House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive hybrid team delivering in-person and telehealth services. With 2+ years of ABA experience, you will supervise RBTs, oversee school and home-based cases, and design tailored treatment plans that make a real difference.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and current practice eligibility.
• 2+ years ABA experience, with school or home-based work favored.
• Strong collaboration and client-focused communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Caseload Management: Lead your own group of amazing kiddos and ensure top-notch ABA therapy services are being delivered.
• School-Based Supervision (In Person): Be hands-on, in the field, supporting RBTs and collaborating with educators.
• In-Home Supervision (Telehealth): Use the power of tech to supervise cases and guide families from the comfort of your laptop.
• Assessments & Treatment Planning: Design individualized, thoughtful treatment plans based on real needs - not checklists.
