Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is hiring BCBAs to lead supervision and clinical programs in in-home, school, and community settings across Arizona. Join a team focused on meaningful impact, growth, and clinician well-being.

We offer a pathway to earn up to $150,000 per year with a $5,000 sign-on/retention bonus, flexible schedules, and robust administrative support. Immediate full-time and part-time opportunities available to qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Active BCBA certification.
• LBA required.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to BTs/RBTs
• Design, review, and update ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes
• Review session notes and clinical reports
• Provide parent and staff training on an ongoing basis
• Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain clinical quality
