Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience; banking experience preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist callers with questions and account inquiries with accurate, courteous information.
• Serve customers over the phone with accuracy and efficiency within policy guidelines.
• Create a quality service experience with timely resolution and follow-up.
• Adhere to bank compliance, security and operational policies.
• Perform changes to existing accounts as requested.
• Educate customers to use ATM, Online, and Mobile Banking.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct per policy.
• Identify and recommend products to meet customer needs.
