Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, involving receipt and payment of cash, in a high-volume sales environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships and recommend bank products and services.
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions.
• Strive for monthly new account production as assigned by management.
• Participate in active in-store sales prospects.
• Process deposits and pay out funds and balance daily operations.
• Receive cash and checks, verify amounts, and check endorsements.
• Guard against counterfeit checks and improper identification.
