Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both Spanish and English.
• Six months of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check per company policy.
• Able to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, handling cash in a high-volume, sales environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships to offer bank products and services.
• Follow bank policies as directed by supervisor.
• Aim for monthly new account production targets as assigned by management.
• Participate in in-store prospecting within the sales environment.
• Process deposits and payouts and balance daily transactions.
• Receive cash and checks, verify amounts and endorsements.
• Identify counterfeit items and verify identification.
• Enter transactions into computer systems and issue receipts.
• Sell and prepare money orders, cashier\'s checks, wires, and CDs.
• Process Western Union wires and cash advances.
• Cross-sell bank services and products and assist diverse client base (Spanish-speaking).
• Attend work regularly and be punctual.
• Approval limits based on authority levels.
