Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a Call Center or Customer Service position preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish required.
• Prior banking experience or knowledge of Union Bank's products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate and assist customers with account inquiries and product/service issues primarily by phone, with occasional chat or email.
• Handle 3 phone queues including Customer Support, Debit Card, and UBTgo; stay current on products, fees, policies, promotions and technical support.
