Job summary

North End Teleservices, Inc. is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative in Omaha to handle inbound calls, assist customers, and provide accurate information with empathy and professionalism. The role requires strong typing, PC skills, and adherence to KPIs while working at our 24th St center.

You will communicate clearly in Spanish and English, document interactions, and escalate issues as needed. Prior CS experience and ability to multitask are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required; strong communication skills.
• Minimum 6 months customer service/administrative experience.
• Must type at least 20 WPM and be proficient with Windows OS.
• Able to navigate multiple systems and browsers.
• Excellent written/verbal interpersonal communication and etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries via voice and email.
• Research information and resolve customer inquiries.
• Provide detailed information and assist with concerns per program.
• Enter information into relevant systems and document interactions.
• Escalate issues as needed and route calls appropriately.
• Follow up with customers and meet productivity standards.
• Maintain accurate records per SOP and QA guidelines.
