AppleOne in Monterey Park/City of Industry, CA seeks a detail-oriented Utility Clerk to support daily branch operations. You will process financial transactions, handle account maintenance, balance cash, and provide professional service to clients.

Qualified applicants have 2+ years of teller or banking experience, bilingual English and Chinese, and strong cash-handling accuracy. Must maintain confidentiality and follow banking procedures; full-time with Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of teller or banking experience.
• Bilingual English and Chinese required.
• Strong cash handling accuracy and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of banking systems, bank policies, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process teller transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain customer and account records per procedures.
• Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily work.
• Provide branch support through data entry, research, and reports.
