Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Customer service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.
• Ability to build trusted relationships.
• Strong communication and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Open new accounts and maintain existing accounts while following policies and regulations.
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking and digital self-service tools.
• Build relationships and collaborate with team to meet client financial goals.
• Perform branch operations and assist with cash devices per policies.
