Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on banking transactions and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering product knowledge and solutions.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices while adhering to bank policies.
