FirstBank PR is seeking a Service Representative (Teller) in Puerto Rico. You will attend to customers, process daily transactions, and identify banking needs to refer products and services. As a frontline ambassador, you will ensure accuracy in cash handling, balance at day’s end, and compliance with BSA, AML and OFAC policies.

Competenze

• Six months to one year of experience in sales or customer service.
• Minimum of 24 credits toward an associate or bachelor's degree; banking coursework preferred.
• Fully bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Experience with cash registers preferred.
• Excellent communication and written skills.
