Lipari Foods in Warren, Michigan, is seeking a Sales Representative II who will establish and foster relationships with grocery store leaders and other retailers. In this role you will present Lipari products, collect orders, process credits, and travel extensively for Belly to Belly consultations across your territory to drive profitable sales.

You’ll need 5+ years of B2B field sales, strong communication, and bilingual Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales with in-person, “Belly to Belly” consultation to designated customers.
• Experience with retailers in deli, bakery, convenience stores, grocers, etc. a plus.
• Ability to market and present new items, programs and other ‘value-add’ services to customers.
• Exhibit professionalism in your appearance and communication.
• Strong organization skills with ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and standard email applications.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English; multiple languages a plus.
• Ability to engage in a significant amount of territorial travel, regional sales meetings and other sales specific events.
• Valid Driver License and reliable vehicle.
