O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers and to support store management with assigned tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, processing transactions, handling returns, and maintaining store presentation. The role may involve occasional vehicle-delivery duties when needed and requires flexibility to meet store needs.

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsabilités

• Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Assist managers and/or installer service specialists in serving professional customers as needed and directed.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions securely and accurately.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per company policies.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Perform daily operational tasks, stock updates, and organize merchandise.
