Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high levels of service to retail and installer customers and to assist store management with daily tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and you will greet customers, help with product selection, and process transactions with accuracy.

You will support professional customers, handle returns, manage inventory, and assist with planogram updates and basic store operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Support management and installers in serving professional customers as needed.
• Process transactions, returns, and exchanges per policy; maintain cash drawer.
• Answer store calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and suggest related items.
• Perform daily image maker, planogram updates, stocking, and basic store maintenance.
• Drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate.
