Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide high-level service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and you will greet customers, help them choose merchandise, and assist professional customers as needed.

You will handle cash and payments, process exchanges, and resolve issues following company policies. Training, stock updates, and occasional delivery duties are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist in merchandise selection.
• Support managers and installer service specialists for professional customers.
• Process cash, checks, credit card transactions, and returns per policy.
• Answer store calls, lookup parts and quote prices, and offer related items.
• Assist with daily image maker, planogram updates, and stock/inventory tasks.
• Perform in-store services as trained (wipers, batteries, codes, etc.).
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle as needed.
