Responsibilities

• Greet retail and installer customers and assist in merchandise selection.
• Support store management and installer service specialists as needed.
• Complete assigned training relevant to the position and follow company programs.
• Answer store calls per policy: look up parts, quote prices, and suggest related items.
• Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
• Handle exchanges/returns, and apply credits per company policies.
