Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide excellent service to retail and installer customers. You will support management, greet customers, and assist with merchandise selection in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, returns, and inquiries, while promoting company service programs. Bilingual abilities are encouraged and relevant training will be provided.

• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in-store.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Promote customer service programs and related selling.
• Assist professionals with service and parts needs as directed.
• Process cash, checks, and credit transactions accurately.
• Handle exchanges and returns per policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints politely.
• Support stock, planogram updates, and daily store tasks.
• Perform in-store services as trained (e.g., wipers, batteries, codes).
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
