Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide top-tier service to retail and installer customers. You will support store management, greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, handle cash transactions, and process exchanges.

The role involves both in-store duties and occasional deliveries, with bilingual Spanish encouraged. Responsibilities include assisting professional customers, updating planograms, stocking shelves, and operating test equipment after training.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Assist managers and installers in serving professional customers as needed.
• Answer store phone calls, look up parts and quote prices, and offer related items.
• Maintain and secure cash drawer, process cash/credit transactions, and handle exchanges/returns per policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Assist with planogram updates, stock, and image maker tasks; front shelves and clean.
