EchoPark Automotive in Orlando, FL is seeking a bilingual Guest Loyalty Specialist to manage the guest experience after vehicle purchase. You will support the Experience Manager and General Manager in achieving guest satisfaction targets measured by NPS and online reviews.

You will handle guest communications, schedule appointments, coordinate with sales and recon, and ensure repairs meet standards while fostering a culture of proactive guest service.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the guest’s happiness and their likelihood to recommend EchoPark to others.
• Own the guest’s concerns until resolved and needs met.
• Answer and return all guest phone calls and emails promptly.
• Communicate with sales and recon departments.
• Schedule appointments.
• Meet and greet guests, set expectations for the process.
• Liaise with recon and guests for updates.
• Ensure repairs meet company standards and guest expectations.
• Foster an outstanding culture of communication with guest and team.
