EchoPark is seeking a Guest Loyalty Specialist to manage the post‑sale guest experience, focusing on service‑related concerns and ensuring high satisfaction through Net Promoter Score (NPS) and online reviews. This position is well‑suited for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service within the automotive industry. Candidates with Service Advisor experience—minus the sales component—may thrive in this role.

What You’ll Do:
