EchoPark Automotive in Orlando, FL is hiring a Bilingual Automotive Guest Loyalty Specialist to manage the guest experience after the sale. You’ll support the Experience Manager and General Manager in achieving guest satisfaction targets measured by NPS and online reviews.

What you’ll do: own guest communication, resolve issues, answer calls and emails promptly, coordinate with sales and recon, schedule appointments, greet guests, and keep everyone informed about next steps and repairs.

Responsabilidades

• Own guest communication and resolve issues until needs are met.
• Respond to guest calls and emails in a timely, friendly manner.
• Coordinate with sales and recon departments.
• Schedule appointments.
• Greet guests and set expectations for the process.
• Liaise with recon to ensure timely completion and updates to guests.
• Ensure repairs meet company standards and guest expectations.
• Foster a culture of clear, proactive guest communication with the team.
