Job summary

Holman is a global automotive leader seeking a bilingual Automotive Service Advisor for a fully remote call center. You will support customers, assess repairs, and prepare accurate quotes while leveraging hands-on automotive experience from home.

Requirements include 5+ years of automotive/truck repair, a valid 310S/310T license, bilingual English/French, and MS Office proficiency. Holman offers competitive pay, health and life insurance, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on experience in automotive or truck repair.
Valid mechanic license 310S or 310T is required.
Bilingual English/French is required.
5+ years relevant contact center experience (asset).
Post-secondary education is an asset (diploma/certificate/apprenticeship).
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
ASE certification or willingness to obtain within timeframe.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal teams and provide technical support grounded in real-world automotive mechanical experience.
Assess the necessity, scope, and accuracy of recommended repairs based on industry standards and hands-on experience.
Ensure repair and maintenance work is performed appropriately and priced fairly.
Identify opportunities for cost savings through technical review and, when appropriate, negotiate repairs; document all savings realized.
Ensure preventative maintenance schedules are technically sound and consistently followed.
Maintain individual performance metrics at or above established goals.
Collaborate with internal teams and provide technical support grounded in real-world mechanical experience.
Contribute positively to team morale and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
Adapt to operational changes while remaining calm, professional, and solution-focused under pressure.
Maintain a professional image, strong work ethic, and accountability in a fully remote environment.
