Cactus Jack’s Auto is seeking motivated, bilingual Sales Specialists to convert leads into customers in a fast-paced dealership environment. You will work with our digital-lead flow, respond quickly, and guide prospects through the sales process to deliver a great customer experience.

Prior automotive experience is not required, and success comes from strong communication, product knowledge, and a customer-focused approach in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive sales experience is not required.
• Experience leading teams in sales, retail, or customer-service environments is valued.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Respond quickly to new customer leads.
• Call, text, and email prospective customers.
• Schedule customer appointments.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes.
• Close sales.
• Follow up with missed appointments.
• Disposit ion leads in CRM.
