Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Auto Sales Consultant, you will guide customers through the car-buying process and deliver an outstanding experience at every step:

• Communicate the unique value of Hertrich dealerships to prospective customers
• Assess customer vehicle needs and preferences
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Present automotive models, features, and benefits to match customer needs
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Complete all paperwork and data entries accurately
• Follow up with customers to build lasting relationships
• Perform other duties as assigned
