Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Auto Sales Consultant, you will guide customers through the car-buying process and deliver an outstanding experience at every step.

  • Communicate the unique value of Hertrich dealerships to prospective customers
  • Work with guests to assess their vehicle needs and preferences
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
  • Present various automotive models, features, and benefits to match customer needs
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for every transaction
  • Maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Complete all paperwork and computer entries accurately
  • Follow up with customers to build lasting relationships
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What It Takes To Succeed

We're looking for someone who is motivated, dedicated, and passionate about the auto sales industry. To thrive as a Bilingual Auto Sales Consultant, you must:

  • Be highly motivated and goal-driven, with a strong desire to excel in sales
  • Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication skills (in both Spanish and English)
  • Have a passion for selling in a team-oriented environment
  • Be computer literate and detail-oriented
  • Provide outstanding customer service and find the perfect vehicle for each client
  • Be ready to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, Saturdays, and some holidays

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver's license with minimal points
  • A positive attitude and a friendly, professional demeanor
