O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide retail and installer customers with a high level of service and to support store management in completing daily tasks.

Spanish language skills are encouraged; ASE certification and automotive parts knowledge are highly valued. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise, process transactions, and contribute to stock and planogram updates. This role involves teamwork and ongoing training.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service.
• ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist professional customers and service specialists as needed.
• Handle cash, checks, and card transactions securely.
• Answer store phone calls per policy and provide quotes.
• Maintain stock, planograms, and price displays.
