Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-quality service to retail and installer customers. You will support store management and ensure accurate transactions while promoting company programs.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, handling phone inquiries, stocking shelves, and performing in-store services. Spanish language skills are highly desired and ASE certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts system and related sales/service concepts.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support store management and installer service staff as needed.
• Handle phone inquiries, look up parts, and quote prices.
• Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Assist with stock, planograms, freight receival, and shelf replenishment.
• Perform in-store services as allowed by state/local laws.
• Occasionally drive deliveries as needed.
• Complete required training for position.
