Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly in a friendly, courteous manner and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists with professional customers as needed.
• Answer store phone calls, look up parts, quote prices, and promote related items.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per company policy.
• Operate cash drawer and process payments, including cash, checks, and cards.
• Support daily store operations such as stocking, planograms, and inventory tasks.
• Perform in-store services and occasional vehicle deliveries when needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
