Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist in Florida to deliver a high level of service to retail and installer customers and to support store management in the accomplishment of assigned tasks.

The role involves greeting customers, looking up parts, processing payments, handling exchanges and returns, assisting with inventory and planogram updates, and performing in-store services when trained. Bilingual applicants encouraged.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts and related systems.
• ASE certification (desired).
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Promote customer service programs and related selling.
• Handle cash, checks, and card transactions accurately.
• Process exchanges and returns per company policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Assist with stocking, planogram updates, and image maker tasks.
• Perform in-store services after proper training (e.g., wipers, batteries, codes).
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle per driving requirements.
• All other duties as assigned.
