Qualifikationen

• Able to multitask with customers in-store and on the phone.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, Related Selling, Rock the Lot).
• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist them in merchandise selection.
• Support managers and installer service specialists for professional customers.
• Complete assigned company training.
• Answer store calls and look up parts, quote prices, and upsell items.
• Handle cash, checks, and card transactions accurately.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy.
• Address customer complaints amicably and resolve issues.
• Assist with image maker, planogram updates, freight receipt, stocking, and fronting.
