The role emphasizes building sales relationships, accurate order processing over the phone and online, and directing delivery staff to ensure timely parts arrival.

Qualified candidates will have a strong mechanics background, solid communication skills, and hands-on automotive repair knowledge; ASE certification and Spanish language

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above average communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs.
• ASE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers and professional customers.
• Take orders over the phone and online; invoice and direct parts for delivery.
• Direct delivery staff to ensure timely orders and accurate staging.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and inspections completed.
• Assist on front and retail counters; support backroom duties as needed.
• Process labor claims quickly and efficiently.
• Audit returns for warranty issues and ensure proper tagging.
