Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers and support store management with assigned tasks.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, handling cash and returns, answering phone inquiries, and performing daily store operations and occasional deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Promote and follow company customer service programs.
• Assist professional customers and installers as needed.
• Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately.
• Handle exchanges/returns per company policy and resolve complaints.
• Perform daily store operations including stocking, planogram updates, and image maker tasks.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle as business needs dictate.
