Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro in Illinois. This professional sales role supports advanced DIY services, sources parts from multiple channels, and maintains store inventory and appearances.

You will assist DIY customers in person and over the phone, drive sales goals, and perform essential service tasks such as battery and wiper installations. The position requires 3–5 years in automotive parts, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong knowledge of store systems and parts

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• ASE Certification preferred, not required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customers visiting or calling.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing; wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store cleanliness.
• Handle key holder responsibilities (opening/closing duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including back stock and cycle counts.
