Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to deliver expert knowledge of store systems and automotive parts in a full-time role. You will assist DIY customers in-store and by phone, drive sales, and support battery and wiper services with precision.

The position requires strong communication, parts sourcing, and familiarity with diagnostic equipment, with ASE certification preferred and a valid driver's license. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with customer transactions.
• Valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Ability to read safety rules and parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers via store visits or calls.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high customer service and store appearance standards.
• Handle key holder responsibilities including opening/closing duties.
