Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and expert parts knowledge. The role requires strong customer service, parts lookup skills, and familiarity with inventory systems. A valid driver's license and 3–5 years of experience are expected, with bilingual English/Spanish being required.

Responsibilities include selling to DIY customers, handling battery testing, and managing store inventory. This position is full-time and involves some weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customers in person and by phone.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Operate inventory systems and store equipment; open/close duties as key holder.
