Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is hiring a Retail Parts Pro in the United States. The role requires strong knowledge of automotive parts, store systems, and DIY services such as battery installation and wiper replacements. You will meet sales goals, assist customers by locating parts, and help maintain store standards.

The position requires 3–5 years of parts experience, proficiency with POS and parts lookup systems, and may prefer ASE certification. Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience fulfilling customer transactions.
• A S E certification preferred, but not required.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Able to locate and stock parts and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
