Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Manassas, VA seeks a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert parts knowledge, store systems, and service execution. You will assist with battery installations, wiper services, and parts sourcing while maintaining accuracy and friendliness.

This full-time role requires 3–5 years in automotive parts, strong computer skills (Word/Excel, POS systems), and the ability to work days, evenings, and weekends. A valid driver's license and ASE certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read safety rules and parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Assist DIY customers in person and over the phone.
• Meet sales goals and service objectives.
• Handle battery installations and wiper installations.
• Maintain store appearance and safety standards.
• Fulfill key holder responsibilities including opening/closing duties.
• Support inventory processes and back stock.
