Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Charlottesville, VA is seeking a Retail Parts Pro — a professional level sales role with advanced parts knowledge and in-depth store systems expertise. You will assist DIY customers, perform battery testing and wiper installs, and support part sourcing from multiple channels.

The position is full-time and requires 3-5 years automotive parts experience, excellent English communication, and the ability to work days, evenings, and weekends. ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• ASE Certification preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customers.
• Achieve sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery testing and installs.
• Maintain store appearance and safety standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (opening/closing).
• Assist in inventory processes and back stock.
