Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro in Manassas, VA. This role supports advanced DIY services, parts lookup, and inventory management while delivering expert customer service. You will handle sales, DIY services like battery and wiper installs, and operate store systems and POS tools.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customers in-store and by phone.
• Meet personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services (battery installs, testing, wiper installs).
• Maintain store appearance and customer service standards.
• Perform key holder duties (opening/closing, safety, task assignments).
• Assist in inventory processes (cycle counts, back stock, shelves).
