Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles, deliver parts to customers, collect COD payments, and handle returns with accuracy and safety.

The role emphasizes bilingual capabilities (Spanish preferred), strict adherence to vehicle inspections, and secure handling of keys, fuel cards, and monies. You will also assist customers and support merchandising as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Driving record must meet the company's standard.
• Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet driving eligibility requirements.
• Familiar with automotive parts.
• Ability to operate other light store equipment.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Process deliveries using handheld devices, capture customer signatures, update mileage, and perform vehicle inspections.
• Keep delivery vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and monies secure at all times.
• Pick up customer returns and fill out driver return slips.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs or damage to store management immediately.
• Assist customers and support merchandising as business dictates.
